Roadmap
Our first step with a potential long-term client is an intensive multi-week discovery and planning engagement. We begin by performing a sweeping diagnostic including sales and marketing materials, the brand, web analytics, the competition, strengths and weaknesses of the team. Next, we focus on market research and the preferences and needs of your marketplace.
Once complete, a day of workshopping and collaboration sheds light on the goals we need to achieve and the resources we have to achieve them. What we deliver at the end is a comprehensive roadmap detailing a go-forward plan that includes long-term success and short-term strategies and tactics.
Fractional Marketing Department
Many companies have ambitions that far outstrip the expertise of their marketing leadership. Finding a qualified and available candidate to take up that mantle can be a long and exhaustive process.
With more than 90 years of combined marketing experience, members of our team are qualified to serve as Fractional CMOs, Vice Presidents or Directors of Marketing, or Creative Directors. You can hire us on a retainer basis to fill one or multiple roles, either part time or embedded in your organization as a leader on your team.
Sprint
Some clients have needs that don’t fit the criteria for a monthly retainer – projects like a rebranding engagement, the development of a product launch strategy, or the design of a new website. These are engagements where we come together for a short time to complete a very specific goal.
Our team can step into scope, manage, execute, and deliver that project according to plan and budget. And our goal is to help you deliver results quickly.
Marketing Leadership Academy
An essential part of our “why” as a company is a mandate to lift up the next generation of marketing talent. We offer classes open to the public but are also available to conduct private, professional development workshops for marketing departments.
Our curriculum is delivered live and in person in one or two-day programs and is designed to teach director-level marketers how to lead more effectively in roles that require the development of strategies and budgets, critical thinking, and management skills.
