Preparing for your session
We want you to make the most of your time with us so here are some things you might consider gathering before your appointment:
- A list of software that your company uses and relies on, like what platform (i.e., WordPress, Joomla, SquareSpace) your website is built on currently, what email marketing system and CRM your company uses, if any, and what other tools and solutions are incorporated into your current sales/marketing process.
- A summary of your website analytics, if you have access. Understanding monthly traffic and lead generation numbers can be helpful in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of your current position.
- Be prepared to discuss your sales and marketing process — where do leads come from and what steps and people are involved in moving them from a prospect to a customer?
- Bring a short list of sales/marketing objectives to discuss. When you’re going on a trip, you can’t plan a route until you know where you’re trying to end up. Business is no different.
