If your website is down or if you are having issues retrieving your email, please contact your web hosting provider, not estound. Most hosting companies provide 24x7x365 support free with all hosting plan and should be able to address your issue faster than our support team can (and often in these circumstances, all we would be able to do is contact your hosting provider anyway).
Please be as specific as possible. In order to fix your issue, we need to be able to replicate it.

We will do everything we can to handle emergency requests within the same business day if time allows. Urgent requests will be generally handled within 1-2 business days.
Please agree to our support policy
If this request is < 30 days from my website approval, my request may be covered under my site warranty. For all other requests not covered by my site warranty, I understand that estound bills $100/hour for non-emergency requests and $150/hour for emergency requests and that there will be a 1 hour minimum charge for estound to investigate/diagnose my issue. If additional time beyond that initial 1 hour is required to fix my issue, estound will provide an estimate in writing for my approval. I also understand that estound does not offer 24x7x365 support and that my request may not be answered until after the start of the next business day (mountain time) if I submit after hours or during a weekend or holiday.
